If you have the addon MSN Messenger Plus, and after being prompted to upgrade the version to the most recent one in Windows Live Messenger you find out you seem to have lost all your contacts, meaning that they dissapeared from your contact list. This issue is pretty common and most of the time is related to cookies and temp files that just show the upgraded MSN version, but not the information stored in the MSN servers.
